DELIVERY OF GOODS

Digital goods are delivered on the date specified in the agreement. Please be advised that there are inherent risks associated with downloading any digital goods. Should you experience technical issues with downloading, please contact us so we may assist you.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not accepted. Purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in relation to this website, materials, and all program content (written, audio, or video) are owned by Path of Joy Academy. No materials may be reproduced or used for any purpose other than personal, private use, and under no circumstances may they be distributed to third parties without written permission. Breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of access to the program(s), and Path of Joy Academy reserves the right to pursue full legal remedies, including recovery of all associated costs and damages.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to make any disparaging statements or representations, either during the term of your contract or thereafter, which may, directly or indirectly, harm Path of Joy Academy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or reputation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Path of Joy Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. PRIVACY

Path of Joy Academy is committed to protecting your privacy and uses information collected to enhance service provision. By purchasing our programs, you consent to the use of your name and testimonials in our marketing materials, including videos, screenshots, and direct messages. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

In the event of any late, overdue, or unpaid invoice amounts, interest will accrue at a rate permitted under British Columbia’s Interest on Overdue Accounts Receivable Regulation (B.C. Reg. 214/83), compounded monthly.

If you fail to pay any invoices, do not make payments in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, or fail to fulfill your obligations under this Agreement, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your access to the purchased programs until full payment has been made. Furthermore, we may terminate this Agreement without further notice and may initiate legal proceedings to collect any outstanding debts owed. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

EXCLUSION OF COMPETITORS

If you are in the business of creating similar documents, goods or services for the purpose of providing them for a fee to users, whether they be business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of Path of Joy Academy. Path of Joy Academy expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access our website, to download any documents or information from its website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then Path of Joy Academy will hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. Path of Joy Academy reserves the right to exclude and deny any person access to our website, services or information in our sole discretion.

Any actions you take as a result of our services are your own, and Path of Joy Academy assumes no responsibility for any resulting consequences. Our services are not intended as a substitute for professional advice.

JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. In the event of a dispute, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
